We will set up a place to meet with free parking and will expect that the Tour Director will be dropped off at that location at the end of the tour. 

Rates above do not include additional parking or any excessive transportation charges, in a case where the Tour Director would need to meet the group elsewhere.  

Tour Directors do accept gratuities for exceptional service.  

If required to stay with the group at a hotel, a single occupancy hotel room, a that group’s hotel is expected to be included.

Credit cards are accepted by subject to a 4% processing fee.  Higher rates are available for tours after midnight.
